Nopi by Yotam Ottolenghi and Ramael Scully
This class is for both the loyal fans of Yotam Ottolenghi and those who have yet to be introduced to this brilliant British chef, restauranteur and prolific cookbook author. Nopi is Ottolenghi’s fine dining restaurant in London. In these recipes pandan leaves meet pomegranate seeds, star anise meets sumac, and miso meets molasses reflecting the eclectic cultural mix of Ottolenghi’s Middle Eastern roots and Nopi’s chef, Rameal Scully’s Asian heritage. If you love bold flavors this is the class for you. We will prepare such dishes as: Baby Carrots with Mung Beans with Smoked Labneh and Crisp Pita; Pearl Barley Risotto with Watercress; Asparagus and Pecorino, Roasted Duck Breasts with Hazelnut Beer Butter, Red Quinoa and Mushrooms; Ricotta Fritters with Blackberry Sauce and Chocolate Soil.
