Join Frances for a vibrant, vegetable-focused holiday class. You will collect an array of tasty dishes to satisfy every kind of eater, perhaps cooking with a new vegetable or two along the way.

Curried Sweet Potato and Coconut Soup makes an earthy, elegant first course or a simple standalone meal. Roasted Pear, Endive and Hazelnut Salad is beautiful piled onto a dramatic platter or served on individual small dishes on a festive table. Then it's on to our standout centerpiece: main course Moroccan-inspired Wild Mushroom, Kabocha and Celeriac Basteeya, with its shatteringly crisp golden top. 

Whether you choose to cook along (we advise choosing no more than 2 dishes to cook during class), or take notes with plans to cook for an upcoming holiday, a delicious harvest feast awaits!
