Sometimes the classics are the best. After all, they have stood the test of time for good reason!
A sauté is a very simple French dish with a short list of ingredients: a good chicken, high quality vinegar, a few tomatoes, and some herbs and garlic. There are countless variations, depending on your mood, the season, or what you have in the fridge. Sautés are easily dressed up for special occasions with the addition of Dijon mustard and cream.
Choose one of the chicken recipes to make during class. Each uses the same techniques, and chef Frances will show you how to prepare them all. Add a crisp salad, and perhaps some rice or crusty bread, and dinner is served.
