Brunch is one of our favorite times—it feels special on a day when you have a bit of time to relax and pass the morning hours learning and enjoying something new.

Chef Frances Wilson shares a delightful brunch menu. Perfectly Poached Eggs on Red Flannel Hash are lifted to next level deliciousness by velvety Hollandaise Sauce. If you've always wanted to make Hollandaise but found it a bit intimidating, Frances has a blender-shaped solution for you. On a sweet note, she will share her mum's Lemon Drizzle Cake, a family favorite that has stood the test of time.

The techniques learned in class will fit right into your home cooking rotation. Soon you'll be poaching an egg to top a supper-worthy salad, or whirring up a Hollandaise for the Springtime asparagus we eagerly anticipate. The lemon cake can become muffins for dropping off to friends or feeding hungry snackers. Class will conclude as we raise our glasses of Hibiscus Prosecco Fizz (or Mocktails) in a toast to new skills and a beautiful Sunday brunch!
