Join Frances at The Civic Kitchen where she will share dishes from her childhood Sunday "dinners" in Dublin. The menu starts by showcasing our local Dungeness in Crab & Apple Salad with Homemade Herb Mayonnaise. Next, you’ll learn how to properly Roast Beef to rosy perfection and make Yorkshire Pudding to serve alongside, with crackly, Crispy Potatoes and Parsnips, too. We’ll finish with a dessert of Lemon Posset, made with bright, tangy in-season Meyer lemons.

Our class will conclude as we share lunch around the table, paired with beer, wine or a selection of non-alcoholic beverages, raising our glasses in a toast to new skills and a properly beautiful Sunday Lunch!
