In this online session, Frances Wilson shares JACKET POTATOES (+ SQUASH), filled with hearty, delectable ingredients that transform them into a one-dish meal.
The menu includes Moroccan Stuffed Sweet Potatoes, Classic Twice Baked Potatoes filled with bacon, egg and cheddar, and a "Jacket Squash" variation with Baked Acorn Squash, too! The sweet potato and squash recipes are both vegetarian and can be made vegan.
Frances will show you how to wrangle a basic recipe into any adaptation you fancy, using ingredients you have on hand. Choose one recipe to make during class and, if you like, make one or two of the other fillings for a night later in the week. Chef Frances will show you how to prepare them all. In 90 minutes, dinner is served!
