It is the perfect relaxing, convivial meal with family and friends, as everything can be prepared ahead and served at room temperature. The cook can sit down to enjoy it along with guests, passing a bottle of crisp rosé. 

Frances will share with you techniques for preparing a variety of fresh vegetables and fish along with homemade aioli. You can make your feast as colorful and grand as you like! Dessert is a simple but excellent caramel pudding.
