Busy? Never fear! You can still learn to cook something new and utterly delicious to boost your kitchen morale. Here's a versatile option: Vegan (No-meat)balls.

Chef Frances will teach you to make this quick and easy vegan meal, ideally suited to cool winter evenings. These "meat"balls are protein rich and have great depth of flavor. The simple tomato sauce is just one of the myriad ways you could serve them. Ready to eat as soon as they're cooked, they also reheat very well. We recommend making a double batch!

Frances will also show you how to make a fuss-free version of polenta to serve alongside. As we sign off for the evening, you will have a generous meal for four people (and likely some leftovers) ready for your dinner table.
