Frances will teach you to make a collection of the Sauces, Oils and other Condiments she keeps on hand in her fridge, pantry and freezer. These varied concoctions will add zest to your weekday cooking in so many ways, and you can vary the recipes according to the season or your preferences.

You'll conclude this class with as many assorted condiments as you feel like making, the knowledge to revisit any you skipped, and lots of creative ideas for using your newly made treasures!
