BUSY? NEVER FEAR! You still have time to cook something warm and inviting. In this online session, Chef Frances Wilson shares recipes and ideas for cozy, comforting POT PIES, made from peak seasonal ingredients and fragrant with fresh herbs.
Frances will show you how to wrangle a basic recipe into any adaptation you fancy, using ingredients you have on hand to make a quick, simple meal. It can be dressed up with a crispy crust of puff pastry or made more simply with a biscuit or even a completely gluten-free mash topping.
The menu will include Chicken Pot Pie and Seafood Pot Pie, with vegetarian and vegan options, too! Choose one of the pot pie recipes to make during class—each uses similar techniques, and chef Frances will show you how to prepare them all. Add a crisp salad, and dinner is served!
