Chef Frances Wilson shares another delightful brunch menu. This time we're borrowing from the British Isles to make Scotch Eggs, one of her most favorite portable picnic treats, with Spiced Tomato Chutneyserved alongside. Frances will also teach you to make tender Homemade Crumpets right on your stovetop, to slather with your favorite butter or preserves. Colorful Melon Carpaccio balances the menu with a light touch.

Cook along online with friends and family both near and far, as you learn Frances' tips for easier melon cutting and making foolproof boiled eggs. Our time together will conclude with a British-y Saturday brunch on your table.
